Hike Canada en Marche is a non-profit, national association of hikers
dedicated to creating and promoting outstanding trails in order to
connect Canadians with their environment, their heritage and one another.
Over 30 years of work, Hike Canada en Marche and its network of volunteers
have developed some three thousand kilometers of trails. This system of
trails winds from the rugged coastline of Newfoundland, across the Bay of Fundy,
through the Appalachian and Laurentian Mountains, over the Canadian Shield and
the Niagara Escarpment, through the Prairie grasslands, and across the Rockies
to the Pacific Ocean.
Hike Canada en Marche is now launching the Heritage Trails program to showcase
some of the exceptional trails from across Canada.
